Our hexagonal tiles really look great in this bathroom
Things don't always go the way you imagine and probably everyone who has built or renovated a house can tell their very own messy story.
At Mosáico, it is important to us to support our customers with their plans as best we can. We are therefore pleased that the following story from a customer about the renovation of her holiday apartment on the northern Adriatic has had a happy ending in the end.
Following the purchase of the apartment, the renovation work revealed deficiencies in the building structure and problems with the professionalism of Italian construction companies. This also gave us initial doubts about the continued love of tiles.
There were enough “tile rites” and our Italian builder no longer understood the world that we in Italy, dem Tiled land, don't find what you're looking for an alternative. We remained steadfast and looked for solutions to get “our” tile into our apartment after all. Dozens of phone calls and emails with Mosáico followed.
The Mosáico team gave us excellent advice and, despite various hurdles, finally convinced us of our project and of the tile that has finally ended up in our apartment. Thanks to the Mosaico team for their professional advice, for their patience with us, for always solution-oriented phone calls and emails. The tile has given us a lot of emotions so far and will hopefully continue to do so for several years to come.
